    Intrepid Travel’s New Global B Corp Impact Manager

    Intrepid Travel has appointed Rochelle Turner as the new global B Corp impact manager, marking a significant step in their sustainability journey. Turner brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at Exodus Adventure Travels.

    With over 20 years in sustainability and corporate responsibility in travel and tourism, Turner is set to elevate Intrepid’s efforts to new heights. Her appointment is expected to drive impactful changes in the company’s social and environmental strategies.

    Rochelle Turner, previously head of sustainability at Exodus Adventure Travels, steps into the role with a solid foundation in sustainable practices. Her background includes senior roles at World Travel and Tourism Council, Which?, Tui, and Ipsos Mori. These positions have equipped her with unique insights and expertise, making her a perfect fit for overseeing Intrepid Travel’s B Corp certification.

    Turner will work closely with Sara King, general manager of purpose, who champions positive change regarding environmental and social issues within the tourism industry. This partnership is expected to foster significant advancements in Intrepid’s sustainability goals.

    By integrating sustainable consumption patterns and improved business practices, Turner aims to set new benchmarks in the travel industry.
