    Carrier Head of Product and Commercial Departs After Seven Years

    Simon Jeffries, Carrier’s Head of Product, is set to depart after seven years.

    Simon Jeffries, who has served as the Head of Product and Commercial at Carrier for nearly seven years, has announced his decision to leave the company. In a heartfelt post on LinkedIn, Jeffries described his upcoming departure, expressing gratitude for his time with the firm.

    During his tenure at Carrier, Jeffries oversaw remarkable achievements, contributing to record sales growth and positioning the company as a leader in the luxury tour operator sector. “So many partnerships which have morphed into friendships,” Jeffries noted, emphasising the personal and professional growth he experienced.

    Jeffries reflected on the journey with a sense of accomplishment and appreciation for the team he is parting with. He stated: “I move on with happy memories, having been extremely fortunate to see the places I’ve seen, and meet the people I’ve met.” His departure appears amicable, with acknowledgements of the friendships and connections he has fostered.

    In response to Jeffries’ announcement, Carrier’s Managing Director, Natasha Towey, praised his contributions, noting the transformation in their product offering to a dynamic and extraordinary level. Towey stated: “We’re thankful to have had Simon lead this journey and wish him every success in his next adventure.”

    The firm has already begun its search for a new head of product, aiming to recruit an innovative leader to further enhance Carrier’s achievements in the luxury travel market. Towey added that they are looking for someone who can shape the future of their brand and continue to elevate their industry-leading standards.
