Celestyal Discovery embarks on its inaugural journey across the Aegean, marking a significant milestone in the fleet’s development.

    • The ship has undergone extensive refurbishments, enhancing cabins and social spaces to elevate guest experiences.
    • Celestyal Discovery offers a distinct Greek islands itinerary, with trips ranging from three to four nights, starting at £209 per person.
    • The company’s strategy includes a refreshed fleet and expanded global operations, reflecting customer feedback.
    • Celestyal Discovery’s launch is part of a broader initiative to offer premium, destination-focused holidays both at sea and onshore.

The Celestyal Discovery has set sail on its maiden voyage across the Aegean Sea, starting a new chapter in its extensive service history. The ship, which joined the Celestyal fleet in November, has undergone a significant transformation, with a multi-million euro refurbishment aimed at enhancing guest experiences. Key upgrades include refreshed cabins, revamped social spaces, and the addition of new amenities such as a coffee shop and a pizza oven dining area.

This inaugural voyage follows a carefully curated Greek islands itinerary, featuring stops at iconic destinations including Athens, Mykonos, Kusadasi, Patmos, and Santorini, with an alternative four-night option that extends to Rhodes. Starting at an affordable £209 per person, these cruises include meals, drinks, a shore excursion credit, and all relevant fees, ensuring a comprehensive travel package for guests.

Reservations require low deposits from £125 if booked by April 30, facilitating accessibility and encouraging early bookings.

Celestyal Discovery’s launch underscores the company’s commitment to delivering enhanced customer experiences. CEO Chris Theophilides expressed delight in welcoming guests aboard the improved vessel, emphasising the brand’s dedication to investing in customer satisfaction and fleet modernisation.

This strategic enhancement is designed to align with customer and partner expectations, ensuring that Celestyal remains a competitive force in the cruise industry.
