Elite Destinations, a fractional ownership and vacation rental company in Mexico, has recently seen a change of ownership.

Associa Mexico Realty Services will now manage the company in its operation of offering luxurious vacation home rentals worldwide.

Associa Mexico Realty Services offers community association management and development services. Joey Carona, the senior vice president of Associa, the parent company of Associa Mexico Realty Services, said, ‘This new partnership further strengthens our presence in Mexico. Elite Destinations offers luxurious private retreats for those looking for a truly unforgettable vacation and experience.’

Elite Destinations claims to offer a premium range of private luxury vacation homes in closed communities, which includes customised services and amenities, claimed to be equivalent to those of the best hotels in a number of popular holiday destinations, including France, Mexico, Costa Rica, USA, and the Caribbean.

The company properties include a Sonoma vineyard, ski lodges in the Grand Teton Mountains of Wyoming, beachside retreats on the islands of Hawaii, apartments in New York, and townhouses in Paris, the French capital. For fractional owners of properties, the deals available include membership to the Elite network, which includes access to exclusive exchange programmes for stays and exchanges at any of the luxury homes that are part of the network.

TripAdvisor has reportedly rated the company Excellent for guest services in both 2011 and 2012. TripAdvisor is an online travel community offering user-generated travel information, and provides ratings for hotels and vacation rental properties annually, based on its users’ own ratings.
