As summer wraps up, London Stansted is expanding its services with the announcement of five new routes launching this autumn.

With exciting destinations across Europe, travellers can look forward to new city break options, cultural experiences, and winter getaways.

British Airways has reintroduced flights to Split, Croatia, while Ryanair, Stansted’s largest carrier, is set to launch routes to Reggio and Linz in October, followed by Dubrovnik and Sarajevo in November.

    * Split, Croatia: British Airways has started weekly flights to Split, departing Saturdays at 12:55, and arriving at 16:20. Known for its rich history, culture, and coastal beauty, Split is Croatia’s second-largest city, offering an idyllic escape.

    * Linz, Austria: From October, Ryanair will operate twice-weekly flights to Linz, Austria’s third-largest city, giving UK travellers direct access to this northern gem for the first time.

    * Reggio, Italy: Ryanair will begin flying to Reggio Calabria in southern Italy on Wednesdays and Sundays, offering travellers a chance to explore one of Italy’s hidden treasures.

    * Dubrovnik, Croatia: Known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic,’ Dubrovnik will be accessible via Ryanair’s twice-weekly flights starting in November.

    * Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina: Starting in November, Ryanair will operate flights to Sarajevo on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays, allowing travellers to discover the rich history and culture of the Balkan capital.

Neringa Ohrstrom, Head of Brand & Marketing at London Stansted, said: ‘We are thrilled to announce these new services from London Stansted this winter. We understand the importance of providing our customers with a diverse range of destinations to choose from, and these new flights do just that. Whether you’re looking for a city break, a winter sun getaway, or cultural experience, London Stansted has got you covered.’
