RateHawk, a leading B2B hotel booking platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Hays Travel Independence Group (IG), a division of the UK’s largest independent travel agency. This collaboration aims to enhance accommodation offerings for over 120 Hays Travel IG members, helping them expand their services and drive business growth.

Through this partnership, Hays Travel IG members will gain access to RateHawk’s extensive global inventory of more than 2.6 million accommodation options across 220+ countries. This includes a diverse selection of hotels, apartments, and villas, consolidating supply from over 300 global wholesalers and 120,000 directly contracted properties. The expanded inventory enables travel professionals to offer both well-known hotel chains and unique stays, catering to the varied preferences of UK travellers.

This alliance marks a significant step in strengthening the resources available to Hays Travel IG members, allowing them to provide competitive and high-quality accommodation options.

Chantal Tomlinson, Head of Business Development at RateHawk in the UK & Ireland region, commented: “This partnership marks a significant milestone in our commitment to support independent travel professionals. Combining forces with Hays Travel Independence Group, we offer their members a user-friendly platform, competitive pricing, and an extensive array of accommodations. We also place a strong emphasis on flexibility, recognizing its critical importance, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses. We believe that our approach will empower travel agents to develop their business and deliver exceptional service in the UK dynamic marketplace.”

Harriet Thompson, Head of Hays Travel Independence Group, added: “Our mission is to blend large-scale support to independent travel agents while allowing them to maintain their unique identities. We believe this partnership with RateHawk will enable our members to maximise their sales and run highly profitable agencies with the freedom to control their operations.”
