    Celestyal Cruises Aims to Quadruple UK Market Share

    Celestyal Cruises has unveiled ambitious plans to significantly increase its presence in the UK travel market. The company aims to quadruple its current share, driven by strategic investments and a heavy focus on marketing.

    By doubling its marketing team and investing €2.5 million into brand evolution, Celestyal Cruises is looking to transform its foothold in the UK. The company is committed to rapidly expanding its market presence, which currently accounts for less than 10% of its global operations.

    Celestyal Cruises is determined to increase its UK market share from under 10% to between 15% and 20%. The expansion plan involves a substantial recruitment drive to enhance the marketing team, underscoring the company’s commitment to achieving significant growth. This strategic move highlights Celestyal’s dedication to strengthening its market position.

    Janet Parton, vice-president of business development, emphasised the importance of travel agent partners in the growth strategy. “Our door is open to any agents who are interested in working with us,” she stated, indicating a collaborative approach.

    The investment will also encompass efforts to ensure trade partners understand and appreciate Celestyal’s offerings, fostering strong business relationships. This comprehensive strategy aims to position Celestyal as a leading choice within the UK market.

    By understanding and catering to specific consumer needs, Celestyal Cruises plans to position itself as a trusted brand in the travel industry, ensuring long-term growth and market presence.

    By forging strong alliances with travel partners, Celestyal intends to fortify its market position and accelerate growth, leveraging agents’ expertise to connect with a broader customer base.

    The new roles in the customer journey team will ensure that each interaction with the brand is seamless and memorable, aligning with Celestyal’s commitment to excellence.
