Chia Laguna Resort has announced the appointment of Paolo Curridori as its new Director of Sales, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the role.
A native of Sardinia, Curridori offers deep market expertise and a proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and commercial growth initiatives within the travel and tourism sector.
Before joining Chia Laguna, he served as Head of Sales & Marketing at Arbatax Park Resort since 2013, where he played a key role in driving the property’s international expansion, strengthening ties with major tour operators, and opening new business channels.
Curridori’s appointment underscores Chia Laguna Resort’s commitment to innovation, performance, and excellence in the luxury hospitality market.
Curridori’s professional career is also distinguished by his ability to design corporate and lifestyle events, sports initiatives, wellness programs, food and wine experiences, and cultural itineraries, always with the goal of enhancing the local identity. This integrated approach has allowed him to distinguish himself as a figure capable of combining tangible results with an authentic and engaging narrative of the destination. This talent finds full expression in the exclusive setting of Chia Laguna Resort, an excellent location for leisure stays and equally ideal for planning, organising, and hosting incentives, meetings, and memorable events.
“I am delighted to join an organization in the authentic heart of Southern Sardinia that represents a benchmark in Italian and international hospitality,” says Paolo Curridori. “Being Sardinian adds a special meaning to this new adventure: I know the profound value of this land and feel the responsibility to narrate it with passion, expertise, and respect. This assignment is a stimulating challenge for me and an opportunity to promote the uniqueness of Sardinia through unparalleled experiences.”
In his new role, Curridori will be responsible for defining and implementing the resort’s development policies, with the aim of consolidating its presence on global markets and strengthening synergies with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, which owns two of the three properties in the complex, under the Conrad and Curio brands.
