    Fred Olsen Cruise Lines Announces Seats on Baltic Cruises for summer

    Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, a UK-based company, is offering new Baltic itineraries for the summer of 2012.

    The new all-inclusive Baltic cruises include accommodation, food and entertainment, while drinks are available onboard at the passenger’s expense.

    The Baltic with Norway cruise, onboard the Black Watch cruise ship, departs Dover,UK, onJune 24, 2012. The cruise includes ports of call including Kiel(Germany), Tallinn (Estonia), St Petersburg (Russia), Helsinki (Finland), Turku(Finland), Copenhagen (Denmark), and Kristiansand (Norway). Prices commence from GBP799 per person, based on twin sharing, with a ‘Latesaver’ deal.

    The 13-night Baltic Cities cruise, onboard the Black Watch, commences fromDoveronAugust 20, 2012. This cruise also includes the same ports of Tallinn (Estonia), St Petersburg (Russia), Helsinki (Finland), Turku (Finland) and Copenhagen (Denmark), but continues on to Rostock (Germany), andAalborg (Denmark). The cruise is adopting the theme of ‘Food and Drink of the North’, hosted by celebrated food and wine writer, Stuart Walton. The cruise prices commence from GBP1,329 per person, based on two people sharing a double cabin.

    The company is also offering a ‘Latesaver’ deal at GBP1,039 per person on its 14-night Baltic cruise, aboard the Balmoral, which departsSouthamptononJune 28, 2012. The cruise travels through theKiel Canal(Germany), to call at Ronne (Denmark), Klaipeda (Lithuania), Riga(Latvia), then an overnight stay at St Petersburg (Russia),Tallinn (Estonia), Stockholm (Sweden), andVisby (Sweden).

    The cruises can also be ‘Antiques’ themed, offering extended shore visits to old and historical ports, and guided tours.
