SPL Villas is gearing up for substantial growth, having secured Atol certification.

The company is set to expand its trade sales team and enhance its brand presence in 2024.

SPL Villas, a well-regarded name in the villa holiday sector, is poised for substantial growth in 2024 following the acquisition of Atol certification. The company, which has a strong foundation established by founders Sandra and Peter Linnell in 2017, aims to fortify its trade sales team to leverage this new accreditation.

In alignment with its growth aspirations, SPL Villas has introduced a revamped brand identity and an updated website to resonate with modern consumers. Travel agents and direct consumers now have the flexibility to combine flights from over a dozen airlines with one of the company’s 1,500 properties. This significant improvement is expected to broaden the appeal of SPL Villas among diverse customer demographics.

An additional member will join its trade sales team, tasked with overseeing the southern UK. Current trade partnership managers, Anne Clays and Sarah Gill, are crucial in driving these initiatives forward.

Edward Frampton-Fell, the managing director of SPL Villas, highlighted the importance of securing Atol, calling it a decisive step for ensuring preferential choices among agents when booking villas for clients. He emphasised the broad range of properties and locations now available, coupled with competitive pricing and a robust commission scheme designed to benefit agents.

Frampton-Fell noted that advanced bookings for the summer are already 60% above the previous year. Enquiries surged by 140% in January compared to last year, signalling strong market potential.

SPL Villas plans to leverage the Atol licence to maximise collaborative efforts with agent partners during peak periods.

With such dynamic growth indicators and a fortified position in the villa holiday sector, SPL Villas stands poised for an exciting chapter ahead.

The strategic initiatives undertaken by SPL Villas, coupled with robust Atol certification, position the company for a prosperous year ahead.

With increased market outreach and technological advancements, SPL Villas is well-placed to achieve its ambitious growth targets in 2024.
