MSC Cruises has officially launched its sales for the 2025 world cruise, a highly anticipated journey aboard the MSC Magnifica. Aimed at offering an unparalleled global experience, the cruise will span 116 nights, covering 50 destinations across 21 distinct countries.

The MSC Magnifica will serve as the vessel for this expansive voyage, which will navigate through five continents and cross three of the world’s largest oceans. This luxurious cruise covers over 30,000 nautical miles, promising a journey filled with diverse cultures, traditions, and flavours.

Embarkation is available from four major European ports, including Rome, Genoa, Marseille, and Barcelona, scheduled for early January 2025.

The itinerary promises an exciting exploration of South America, featuring ten days across various locales. Travellers will enjoy overnight stays in vibrant cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and Valparaiso, along with a visit to the remote Falkland Islands.

Following the South American leg, the cruise will journey through the striking waters of the South Pacific. With stops in New Zealand and Australia, adventurers will experience a blend of natural beauty and urban excitement.

The cruise continues into Asia, initially docking at Benoa, Bali, providing guests with unique cultural experiences and historic sites to explore.

Travellers will then experience the bustling cityscape and rich heritage of Singapore, followed by a journey eastward across the Indian Ocean.

Destinations such as Colombo in Sri Lanka and Aqaba in Jordan further enrich the itinerary, allowing guests to delve into distinct regional histories and traditions.

The final phase of the journey sees MSC Magnifica making its way back to Europe, concluding with ports of call in Italy. This last leg marks a full circle, bringing guests back enriched with a world of experiences.

With a strong emphasis on sustainability, MSC Cruises continues its commitment to responsible tourism, reflected in this itinerant voyage.

During the journey, guests will not only explore new destinations but also learn about MSC Cruises’ dedication to environmental responsibility. The cruise line’s ongoing initiatives in sustainability remain central to its operations,

highlighted by the launch of their global brand campaign emphasising these values.

Looking to the future, MSC Cruises is expanding its eco-friendly fleet with the introduction of MSC Euribia in June 2023 and MSC World America by 2025. These new vessels are a testament to MSC’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.

In the broader context of its operations, MSC Cruises has initiated various developments highlighting its growth and sustainability initiatives.

The forthcoming LNG-powered ships are part of this strategic outlook, designed to minimise ecological impact while delivering luxury at sea.

MSC’s future endeavours are set to reshape the cruise industry with an increased focus on sustainability and innovation.

The 2025 world cruise by MSC Cruises signifies not just an extraordinary opportunity for global exploration but also reinforces the company’s unwavering commitment to sustainable travel. With a meticulously planned itinerary, guests aboard the MSC Magnifica are promised an enriching experience that balances luxury with a responsible approach to tourism.
