Riviera Travel is set to introduce its new Croatian yacht cruises in 2024. The initiative features luxurious travels across Croatia’s stunning coastline.

With 68 planned sailings from May to October, these cruises offer a mix of guided tours and independent exploration, accommodating both solo and group travellers.

    Introduction of Croatian Yacht Cruises

Riviera Travel has announced its new range of Croatian yacht cruises set to begin in 2024. This introduction forms part of their expansion into luxury maritime adventures. The initiative will feature exclusively chartered yachts with itineraries designed to combine historic exploration and natural beauty.

Each of the 68 planned sailings will commence from May and continue through to October, including six dedicated routes for solo travellers. The voyages aim to offer a blend of guided tours and the freedom to explore at leisure.

    Luxurious Sailing Experience

The yachts, offering a maximum capacity of 38 to 40 passengers, ensure an intimate setting while exploring the Croatian coast. Passengers can anticipate a truly luxurious voyage highlighted by the onboard amenities and dedicated service.

“These sailings offer a truly luxurious way to discover the history and charms of the Dalmatian coast from the comfort of our exclusively-chartered yachts,” said Katja Hildebrandt, Riviera Travel head of product river and ocean cruise.

    Tailored Itineraries and Tours

Each itinerary is crafted to highlight Croatia’s most compelling destinations, including historic towns and stunning natural landscapes.

For instance, the Dubrovnik, Split & Jewels of the Dalmatian Coast voyage aboard the MV Corona is a prime example. Starting at £1,799 per person, travellers are promised an immersive and memorable experience that highlights local culture and history.

The emphasis on both guided and independent exploration allows for a personalised holiday experience.

    Engagement with Local Culture

An integral part of the cruise experience is the opportunity to dine at local restaurants when not catered for by onboard chefs. This ensures guests have a chance to explore authentic Croatian cuisine.

Regular swim stops are incorporated, allowing passengers to enjoy the clear Adriatic waters.

The combination of onboard dining and local culinary experiences enriches the travel experience.

    Solo Traveller Initiatives

Riviera Travel is keen to cater to solo travellers, offering specific cruises exclusively designed for single guests. These cruises ensure solo adventurers can explore comfortably and securely.

The solo traveller cruises are tailored to provide a balance of companionship and independence.

This dedicated attention to solo travel aligns with a growing demand in the cruise industry for more inclusive travel options.

    New Leadership and Initiatives

Riviera Travel has seen some strategic changes, appointing Noeleen Pritchard as the new operations director earlier this year. This move is expected to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the company has joined the Association of Women Travel Executives and endorsed the Back in Time for Bed initiative, reflecting its commitment to diversity and innovative solutions.

These steps are indicative of Riviera Travel’s forward-thinking approach in the travel sector.

    Conclusion

Riviera Travel’s Croatian yacht cruises for 2024 promise a luxurious and enriching travel experience, blending cultural immersion with relaxation. The strategic initiatives and focus on quality service enhance its reputation as a leader in the cruise industry.

The introduction of Croatian yacht cruises by Riviera Travel expands its luxury travel portfolio and strengthens its market position. By emphasising both cultural exploration and comfort, it sets a new standard in the industry.
