Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, the UK-based airline and tour operator, has said that it has launched a brand new route to Izmir from Bristol Airport for Summer 22.
Jet2 will operate weekly Tuesday services to the Turkish city of Izmir from Bristol Airport this summer from May 3 to November 1. In addition, the companies will launch their new route to Bodrum from Bristol Airport on May 5. Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will operate weekly Thursday services to the popular Turkish destination from May 5 to 19, increasing to up to two weekly services (Monday and Thursday) from May 30 to October 31.
The addition of Izmir and Bodrum to Jet2’s Summer 22 programme means the companies are operating to four Turkish destinations from the base this summer – Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman and Izmir. The company’s inaugural flights to Girona (Costa Brava), Larnaca, Costa de Almeria, Reus, Halkidiki, Malta and Verona from Bristol Airport will also depart for the first time this month and in early June. Jet2.com and Jet2holidays launched a new route to Alicante on April 1 too.
In addition to Izmir and Bodrum, the full breakdown of the Summer 22 programme to these new routes from Bristol Airport include: weekly Saturday services to Girona (Costa Brava) operating from May 28 to October 29; up to two weekly services (Monday and Friday) to Larnaca, operating from May 27 to October 31; weekly Wednesday services to Costa de Almeria, operating from June 1 to October 26; and up to two weekly services (Monday and Thursday) to Reus, operating from May 12 to October 31.
Jet2 will also operate up to three weekly services (Monday, Friday and Saturday) to Alicante, operating until November 19, increasing to up to four weekly services (Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from May 29 to November 5. The company will also operate weekly Wednesday services to Halkidiki, operating from June 1 to October 5; weekly Tuesday services to Malta, operating from 31 May to November 1; and weekly Wednesday services to Verona operating from May 11 to September 28.

With 83 weekly flights available during peak times Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have 33 sun and city destinations on sale across the Mediterranean, Canary Islands and Europe for Summer 22 from Bristol Airport.
