easyJet and easyJet holidays have announced the launch of a new route and holidays from Bristol Airport to Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt this winter.

Starting from November 3, flights and holidays will be launched from Bristol Airport to the Egyptian resort of Sharm El-Sheikh, which offers year-round sunshine and pristine beaches, idyllic mountains and crystal-clear seas. Flights will operate up to twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the winter, and are now on sale at easyJet.com with fares available from £97.99.

Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager said: ‘We are delighted to announce today that we are adding even more exciting destinations to our Bristol network, with new flights to Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt. We know our customers can’t wait to go on a long-awaited and well-deserved holiday, so this new route will prove popular for customers wishing to get away for some winter sun and further strengthens our Bristol international network, providing customers with great value fares and ever more choice this winter.’

Dave Lees, CEO, Bristol Airport said: ‘We are delighted easyJet is adding another exciting destination of Sharm El Sheik to the Bristol Airport network, this additional route compliments the successful easyJet Hurghada service already available.

‘The route further extends the choice and flexibility of flights available from Bristol Airport and will no doubt appeal to travellers throughout the South West and Wales region wishing to use their local Airport. We look forward to working with easyJet on further new route opportunities in the coming months.’

The new flights and holidays will add even more choice to an already extensive winter 2021 and summer 2022 network of destinations across Europe, North African and the Middle East already on sale.
