In practice, that kind of terminology can refer to nearly anything, from familiar dishes with microgreens on top to truly intriguing food.
The former is more prevalent at Antlers Lodge, which honors the Lone Star steak and game tradition while not treating it with such reverence that the cuisine resembles a museum exhibit. The dining room itself tells a silent story about the area with its warm wood and taxidermy accents.
