The prestigious Estelle Manor, a hotel and private members’ club, is poised to enhance its facilities by launching a standalone events space named Fallow House. The opening is scheduled for February 2025, promising a unique venue that merges elegance with functionality.

Situated on the extensive 85-acre estate of the manor in Oxfordshire, Fallow House covers 540 square metres. This state-of-the-art facility promises to become the epicentre for private and corporate functions.

The venue is thoughtfully designed to host up to 100 guests, incorporating a spacious arrival hall, three versatile meeting areas, two well-appointed bars, and an intimate private dining room. An additional highlight is the double-height Grand Room, spanning 100 square metres, which features an open fireplace – perfect for larger gatherings.

Estelle Manor has expressed that the creation of Fallow House reflects a dedication to ‘celebrating milestone moments or hosting impressive company occasions.’ This venture aligns with the broader offerings on the estate, which include a gym, multiple restaurants, a padel court, an Adventure Paddock complete with axe throwing and a zip wire, as well as a Roman-inspired bathing hall.

The establishment, led by Sharan Pasricha, who received the International Outstanding Achievement Award at the 2024 Cateys, continues to build on its reputation for luxury and innovation. Pasricha’s vision for the manor, which opened in 2023 in the Grade II-listed property formerly known as Eynsham Hall, is further realised with this new development.

Estelle Manor’s introduction of Fallow House in 2025 is set to elevate its status as a premier venue for exclusive events.
