    • As Fowey Hall relaunches, Elliott replaces Pim Wolfs, amidst a nomination for Hotel of the Year at the 2024 Cateys.
    • Adam Dyke, of Luxury Family Hotels, commends Elliott’s dedication and leadership in advancing to this leadership role.
    • Elliott expresses her excitement to lead Fowey Hall, aiming to further its established reputation and success.

Kasia Elliott has been appointed the general manager at Fowey Hall, marking a significant step in her career with Luxury Family Hotels. Her new role follows a substantial refurbishment of the Cornish hotel, which was relaunched last year. Elliott’s journey with Luxury Family Hotels, beginning as a supervisor at Wooley Grange in 2016, has been noteworthy, showcasing her growth and commitment over the years.

Stepping into this role, Elliott transitions from her previous position as deputy general manager at Wooley Grange in Bath. This advancement to general manager at Fowey Hall not only highlights her skills but also her readiness to take on more significant challenges at the flagship property.

The transition comes as Pim Wolfs departs his role at Fowey Hall to join the Bowood hotel, spa, and golf resort in Wiltshire. This change in leadership coincides with Fowey Hall being shortlisted for the Hotel of the Year – Group at the 2024 Cateys, underscoring its rising prominence within the luxury hotel sector.

Adam Dyke, group operations director at Luxury Family Hotels, praises Elliott, reflecting on her “exceptional dedication” and qualities that have led her to succeed in her new position. Dyke’s endorsement reinforces confidence in Fowey Hall’s future under Elliott’s management, expecting continuity in its growth and evolution.

Elliott herself shares her enthusiasm about her new role, stating, ‘It is a privilege to lead the flagship hotel of Luxury Family Hotels, and I am excited to begin this new chapter alongside the exceptional team at Fowey Hall, continuing to build on the strong reputation the hotel has established.’ This sentiment captures the forward-thinking attitude that she brings to her position, aiming to maintain and enhance the hotel’s success.

Kasia Elliott’s appointment heralds a promising era for Fowey Hall under her leadership.
