Holland America Line has opened bookings for its 2025-26 season, offering an expansive range of itineraries across the Panama Canal and Hawaii. These voyages range from 15 to 22 days, departing from October 2025 to April 2026, offering travellers a diverse opportunity to explore new territories.

The new season’s itineraries will navigate popular routes, with the Panama Canal trips featuring cruises on the Eurodam, Koningsdam, and Zuiderdam. Highlights include the addition of Acajutla in El Salvador, offering excursions to Mayan ruins. For Hawaii, cruises will be available on Koningsdam, Zaandam, and, for the first time, Nieuw Amsterdam.

The upcoming season includes six dedicated Panama Canal sailings. Cruises will be conducted on three of Holland America’s renowned ships: Eurodam, Koningsdam, and Zuiderdam. These cruises will launch or conclude in ports such as Vancouver, Seattle, San Diego, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. With each journey promising a range of experiences, destinations covered include Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico, among others.

Travellers will have the unique chance to visit Joya de Cerén, often referred to as the ‘Pompeii of the Americas’. This archaeological site offers a glimpse into a Mayan farming village preserved under volcanic ash.

The introduction of the Nieuw Amsterdam to Hawaii signifies a move towards offering passengers a mid-sized ship experience, complete with the recently inaugurated dining venue, Morimoto by Sea.

This initiative positions the Holland America Line as a leader in providing enriched on-board experiences, aiming to enhance passenger satisfaction and repeat customer rates.

Farndell further highlighted that travellers to Hawaii will now experience the Nieuw Amsterdam, enjoying the intimate cruise journey along with dining at its new restaurant, Morimoto by Sea.

This approach is strategic, allowing Holland America Line to attract a broader audience by offering convenient departure points aligned with guest preferences.

Prices for the Panama Canal cruises commence at £2,999, offering a competitive edge in the market. This pricing strategy is designed to cater to different economic segments, broadening the accessibility of such luxury cruises.

Holland America Line’s new offerings for 2025-26 highlight its commitment to offering diverse and enriching travel experiences. With innovative itineraries, new destinations, and exclusive packages, the line stands poised to attract a wide range of travellers, ensuring memorable journeys through the Panama Canal and Hawaii.
