Tipto has strategically mapped out a series of events, targeting travel agents this autumn. The programme includes six roadshows, a prominent SuperShow, and three intensive training sessions.

Running between October and December, these events are designed to provide travel agents with vital updates and networking opportunities. Enhancing industry knowledge and fostering connections are at the forefront of this initiative.

    Comprehensive Roadshow Series

The roadshow series forms the backbone of Tipto’s autumn agenda. With dates slated for Durham, Carlisle, Brighton, Stevenage, Hull, and Doncaster, these events promise to engage agents with interactive formats. Agents can expect a vibrant ‘speed dating’ approach with up to 12 supplier members attending each event.

The roadshows aim to introduce new products and special offers, allowing agents to expand their service repertoire. Held from 6 to 10 PM, these events offer an entertaining yet professional environment for frontline agents and managers.

    Highlight Event: The SuperShow

Central to this autumn rollout is the SuperShow at Bolton Wanderers Stadium on November 19th. Bringing together all 23 suppliers, the SuperShow integrates exhibition-style activities with stage shows.

Agents attending the SuperShow can anticipate dynamic presentations, including The Big Tipto Quiz. These elements are designed to both educate and entertain, consolidating industry knowledge in a lively setting.

The SuperShow is not just an exhibition but a comprehensive networking opportunity, running in the evening, similar to the roadshows. It is tailored to maximise interaction among peers and suppliers.

    Focused Training Days

Tipto’s training days reflect a commitment to in-depth learning. Scheduled in Edinburgh, Oxford, and Lincoln, these days focus on delivering specialised knowledge.

Operating between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, the training provides a classroom ambiance, incorporating brunch and refreshments. With up to nine suppliers participating, attendees gain targeted insights into market trends, sales strategies, and operational excellence.

These sessions are designed to equip agents with practical skills and industry updates, fostering a competitive edge in their service offerings.

    Exclusive Agency Collaborations

In addition to public events, Tipto is organising exclusive roadshows for selected agencies, including Althams Travel on October 15 and Dawson & Sanderson on October 17. This initiative aims to tailor learning experiences to specific agency needs.

Exclusive collaborations ensure that agents from these agencies get personalised attention, enhancing their ability to capitalise on Tipto’s offerings more effectively.

Tipto’s engagement with these select agencies underscores its strategy of creating bespoke events to drive focused outcomes.

    Maximising Participation

Tipto ensures accessibility to all events by allowing easy booking via their website or email. This streamlined process encourages maximum participation from agents.

By attending these events, agents stand to gain insights into supplier products and services. The format and structure are designed to facilitate effective learning and industry networking.

Participation is not just about being present; it’s about actively engaging with content and peers, ensuring a beneficial experience for all involved.

    Diverse Supplier Representation

The events showcase an impressive lineup of suppliers, including brands like Abercrombie & Kent, Virgin Voyages, and USAirtours, among others.

These suppliers present a cross-section of travel products, ensuring agents have the information to cater to a wide range of client preferences and interests.

    Concluding Opportunities

Tipto’s autumn events represent a strategic initiative to bolster agent capabilities and expand industry networks.

With a blend of training, entertainment, and networking, these events are set to enhance the professional landscape for travel agents across the UK.

Tipto’s array of autumn events offers significant opportunities for travel agents to expand their industry knowledge and professional networks. By blending learning with networking, Tipto is paving the way for a more informed and connected travel agent community.
