AE Expeditions is offering exciting new Antarctic journeys from Australia and New Zealand for the first time in over a decade.

    • The 2025-26 season includes eight new itineraries with diverse destinations like East Antarctica and the Ross Sea.
    • Travel options now include departures from Hobart and Dunedin, opening up fresh exploration routes.
    • The inclusion of 36 single berths on Douglas Mawson caters to solo travellers, meeting increasing demand.
    • Early bird offers of up to 25% are available for select voyages, encouraging prompt bookings.

AE Expeditions marks a significant milestone by introducing Antarctic expeditions departing from Australia and New Zealand for the first time in 13 years. This move reconnects the company with its founding inspiration and provides both local and international travellers with unique opportunities to explore lesser-known regions of Antarctica.

In the upcoming 2025-26 season, AE Expeditions has expanded its offerings with eight new itineraries, enriching the adventure options available to enthusiasts. The itineraries cover fascinating destinations such as East Antarctica, the Ross Sea, and the New Zealand sub-Antarctic islands, with voyages also including a captivating circumnavigation of Tasmania.

Two new departure ports have been introduced, located in Hobart, Australia, and Dunedin, New Zealand. These ports expand access for those eager to embark on Antarctic voyages, providing fresh perspectives and exploration routes.

Acknowledging the rising trend of solo travel, the expedition cruise line has made provisions with 36 single berths available on the Douglas Mawson vessel. This initiative ensures that solo adventurers can partake in these remarkable journeys without compromise.

Further enticing potential explorers, AE Expeditions is offering a considerable discount of up to 25% for early bookings on selected voyages. This initiative not only rewards prompt decision-making but also helps passengers secure their spots on these in-demand trips.
