Canadian Affair revamps its website, introducing a new travel agent portal to enhance user experience.

    • To boost engagement, agents can win £50 vouchers by completing tasks on the new portal.
    • A ‘find my holiday’ tool has been launched to streamline the holiday searching process by duration, budget, and preferences.
    • The competition involves completing up to five separate tasks, increasing chances to win with each additional entry.
    • Submissions for the competition need to be in by 5.30pm on May 10 with results announced soon after.

Canadian Affair has unveiled a revamped website featuring a new travel agent portal aimed at improving overall user experience. The updated site serves as a hub for agents, offering tools designed to facilitate smoother interactions with Canadian Affair’s holiday products.

In an effort to encourage usage of this innovative platform, agents are being offered a chance to win £50 shopping vouchers. The competition is structured around completing various tasks on the portal. Each task completed correctly enters participants into a draw, with more tasks completed enhancing their chances of winning.

An integral highlight of the revamped site is the ‘find my holiday’ tool. This feature allows agents to filter and sort holiday options based on specific criteria such as duration, budget, and individual client preferences, thus significantly enhancing the search process.

Agents are invited to participate in up to five independent tasks within the competition framework. Each completed task stands alone, meaning that agents have the freedom to participate in as many or as few tasks as they decide, boosting potential wins with every task entered.

The deadline for submissions is set for 5.30pm on May 10, after which, winners will be randomly selected from the pool of correct submissions. Successful participants will be notified promptly subsequent to the closing date.

Nick Talbot, Head of Marketing, highlighted the significance of the new portal, stating, “We are excited about the launch of our new website and the new features it offers, as our goal has always been to support our agent partners with the best tools and resources. We believe that the new travel agent portal and the ‘find my holiday’ tool will significantly improve the way agents interact with our products and help them sell our holidays more effectively.”

The new portal and competition reflect Canadian Affair’s commitment to enhancing agent engagement and improving service delivery.
