    Carnival Cruise Line Unveils Summer 2026 Itineraries

    Carnival Cruise Line announces thrilling new itineraries for summer 2026, highlighting a solar eclipse voyage and diverse European routes.

    • Reservations open for unique Europe and Alaska sailings in 2026, including the first-ever 11-day Carnival Journeys Eclipse cruise.
    • Experience the total solar eclipse on August 12, 2026, aboard a special cruise departing from Dover with scenic stops across Europe.
    • Nine sailings from Dover and additional routes from Rome offer diverse travel experiences in northern Europe and the Mediterranean.
    • Carnival Legend, Miracle, and Spirit ships lead the fleet with various itineraries exploring European culture and Alaskan nature.

    Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled its exciting range of cruises for the summer of 2026, opening reservations for new sailings across Europe and Alaska. Among these is a groundbreaking 11-day Carnival Journeys Eclipse cruise, setting sail from Dover on August 9, 2026. This cruise promises a unique opportunity to witness a total solar eclipse at sea on August 12, with the ship positioned perfectly for this celestial event. The itinerary includes enriching stops in Spain, Portugal, and France, enhancing the astronomical adventure.

    Additionally, Carnival Legend will embark on a significant transatlantic voyage departing Miami on May 24, 2026. This journey will lead passengers to prominent European destinations such as Liverpool, Holyhead, and Dun Laoghaire, culminating in its arrival in Dover. Pricing for these captivating journeys begins at £1,120, and the cruises feature diverse ports of call, including Le Havre, Guernsey, Vigo, Lisbon, Leixões, Le Verdon, and Zeebrugge.

    Further enriching the European exploration, the Carnival Legend will operate nine itineraries ranging from nine to 12 days from Dover, with expanded routes covering northern Europe, the British Isles, Scandinavia, the Baltic, and Iceland. Complementing these, six additional nine to 12-day journeys from Civitavecchia, near Rome, will explore Italy, the Greek islands, Turkey, and Croatia, with fares starting from £772 for Dover departures and £780 from Rome.

    With a focus on the natural splendour of Alaska, the Carnival Miracle will commence weekly voyages from Seattle starting May 7, 2026. These seven-day voyages will immerse travellers in the majestic landscapes of Tracy Arm Fjord, Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan, along with a stop in Victoria, British Columbia. Unique nine and 10-day Carnivals will offer extended exploration, including Sitka and Icy Strait Point.

    The Carnival Spirit is set to sail the Alaskan routes from April 28, 2026, through September 15, 2026, concluding with a special 15-day journey to Hawaii. This round-trip from Seattle will visit vibrant locations across the Hawaiian Islands before returning to maritime routes concluding in Canada. Seasonal repositioning cruises will also traverse the Panama Canal, creating cross-continental connections with visits to Cabo San Lucas, Puntarenas, and Cartagena.

    The summer 2026 itineraries from Carnival Cruise Line offer a blend of natural exploration and cultural enrichment, promising memorable experiences for travellers.
