    Hays Travel has successfully acquired 19 branches of Miles Morgan Travel, strengthening its position with nearly 490 branches in total across the UK. This strategic move is indicative of Hays Travel’s continuous expansion and dominance in the travel agency sector.

    Miles Morgan, the founder of the acquired agency, has been a part of Hays Travel’s Independence Group since 2006. The longstanding collaboration facilitated a seamless transition, preserving the identity of the Miles Morgan Travel outlets, primarily situated in the southwest of England and South Wales.

    Morgan expressed that this decision was challenging, yet it ensures that the ethos and values he upheld remain intact under Hays Travel’s stewardship. ‘This has been a difficult decision and there is naturally an element of sadness that my travel journey has come to an end,’ Morgan stated. His confidence in Hays Travel stems from years of closely observing their cultural and operational paradigms.
