An exciting early booking offer from HX Expeditions is now available for adventures between April 2025 and March 2026.

    • Customers can enjoy up to 25% off when booking before June 30, 2024, ensuring exceptional value for future travellers.
    • The booking offer includes a price promise, providing a refund if a lower price is found for the same cabin after booking.
    • This promotion aligns with HX Expeditions’ recent all-inclusive offering expansion across all destinations.
    • Chief Commercial Officer Alex Delamare-White emphasises the value and exceptional experience offered by HX Expeditions.

In a strategic move, HX Expeditions is offering early bird discounts of up to 25% prior to June 30, 2024, for sailings scheduled from April 1, 2025, through to March 31, 2026. This offer is a compelling opportunity for adventurous travellers seeking to explore destinations ranging from Antarctica to Alaska and Galapagos to Greenland, while also benefitting from significant savings.

The early booking discount is complemented by a price promise, a guarantee that ensures if the same cabin becomes available at a lower price post-booking, the difference will be refunded to the customer. This price assurance policy underlines the confidence HX Expeditions has in its pricing strategy, aimed at delivering unbeatable value.

Further enhancing this offer, HX Expeditions has expanded its all-inclusive offerings, starting with voyages to Antarctica and Galapagos in October. By November, this comprehensive package will be available across their entire fleet, ensuring guests an all-encompassing travel experience.

Alex Delamare-White, Chief Commercial Officer, stated, “As we look towards our 2025 and 2026 sailings, we’re proud to not only continue offering an industry-leading product but importantly create an experience which delivers the best value too.” His remarks highlight the company’s commitment to delivering top-tier experiences at attractive prices.
