    • Managing director Lisa Henning shared comprehensive plans to support Independent Travel Associates (ITAs) with new initiatives.
    • An enhanced Atol licence demonstrates Inspire’s commitment to offering diverse options while securing agents’ margins.
    • The company is rolling out bespoke quarterly trends reports and a new cruise website to assist its agents.
    • Incentives and enhanced earning levels have been introduced to bolster the homeworking team.

In an effort to fortify its position in the competitive travel sector, Inspire Group has increased its Atol licence, thereby providing enhanced support for dynamic packaging by agents. This strategic move underscores Inspire’s commitment to equipping its 70 Independent Travel Associates (ITAs) with the tools necessary to remain competitive in their respective markets.

Managing director Lisa Henning unveiled a suite of initiatives aimed at strengthening the support for ITAs. These initiatives include a new touring offering with direct rates and a cruise website, innovations designed to boost agents’ competitiveness. Bespoke quarterly trends reports will be developed to provide ITAs with strategic insights from six different revenue streams, enabling them to manage their businesses more effectively.

The expanded Atol licence is a testament to Inspire’s dedication to offering a wider range of choices while safeguarding agents’ profit margins through its trust account model. Henning stated, “We are fully committed to building our position in homeworking and to continually strengthening our proposition in this growth sector.” This approach not only broadens the options available to clients but also ensures margin protection for homeworkers.

Furthermore, Inspire has introduced incentives to attract new talent and has planned to significantly grow its team this year. The introduction of two new earning levels within Inspire’s tiered commission structure allows homeworkers to aim for Royal status, potentially earning up to 90% commission. Henning also affirmed the continuation of advanced commission payments, which equate to 50% upfront on the month of booking.

Additionally, the homeworkers will benefit from Inspire’s market-leading gift card proposition, anticipated to help attract and retain customers within the lucrative gift card market, valued at £7 billion in the UK. Henning expressed confidence in accessing this growing market to bolster business growth for homeworkers.

Inspire Group’s strategic enhancements to its Atol licence and support initiatives are poised to significantly elevate the competitiveness of its agents in the dynamic travel industry.
