The Riu Palace Bavaro, an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, has officially reopened following a comprehensive refurbishment. This significant transformation marks a new chapter in the resort’s offerings and guest experience. The property has expanded its footprint by incorporating the site of the demolished Riu Naiboa, providing guests with enhanced facilities and amenities.

A new design has been introduced across the resort, aligning with the latest style choices for all Riu refurbishments and new builds. The renovation has resulted in a total of 994 guest rooms, of which 255 are designed specifically for families and groups of friends, accommodating the diverse needs of visitors.

A standout feature of the renovation includes the introduction of 32 different food and beverage options, providing guests with a wide array of dining experiences. The newly established food court showcases a pizzeria, Wok-Poke station, fried chicken area, taqueria, Pepe’s Food, an ice-cream parlour, and a sweets station featuring crepes and waffles, among other offerings.

Families are a focal point of the new Riu Palace Bavaro, with dedicated facilities such as a mini splash park, pirate ship, games park, and cinema.
