Star Clippers has strategically selected Grenada’s picturesque St George’s port as its new Caribbean home port, signalling an expansion in its regional operations. This move will enable the cruise line to offer a diverse range of itineraries from this new base.

In response to rising passenger interest in extended voyages, Star Clippers has introduced longer itineraries for the winter 2025-26 season. These expanded journeys are designed to cater to the demand for more comprehensive Caribbean experiences.

The new itineraries boast an array of captivating destinations, including the pristine beaches of Charlottesville and Castara Bay in Tobago, the untouched beauty of Paradise Beach in Carriacou, and other scenic locales such as Charlestown Bay in Canouan, Saint-Pierre in Martinique, and Saline Bay in Mayreau.

Pricing for these exclusive journeys begins at £2,548 per person, with a special 10% discount for early bookings until the end of April 2025. This initiative aims to attract a larger audience by offering value through competitive pricing.

Mikael Krafft, President and Chief Executive, emphasised the favourable cruising environment found in Grenada, alongside the fruitful collaboration with the Grenada Tourism Authority to enhance the travel experience for passengers. He stated, ‘The Caribbean is ideal for us…to offer our guests more opportunities to experience the beauty and culture of Grenada.’
