Travelopia introduces fresh incentives to engage travel agents before summer peaks.

    • They have launched a ‘Tailormade Trade Shop,’ offering daily prizes for agent bookings.
    • Incentives are hosted on Tailormade Trade’s Facebook channels, running for two weeks per brand.
    • A new weekly newsletter provides exclusive updates and information for agents.
    • Kevin Gaddes emphasises the importance of agent support and upcoming initiatives.

Travelopia, a prominent travel company, has rolled out new initiatives to advance agent engagement before the busy summer season. The introduction of these programmes aims to enhance agent productivity and drive bookings across its constituent brands: Citalia, Sovereign Luxury Travel, and American Holidays.

The ‘Tailormade Trade Shop’ is a standout initiative, offering agents daily opportunities to win prizes with every booking they make. These prizes range from luxury items such as perfumes and skincare sets to premium Ray-Bans valued at £150. Running for two weeks per brand, this programme is hosted on Tailormade Trade’s Facebook channels, effectively utilising social media to maximise reach and participation.

In addition to the trade shop, Travelopia has launched a dedicated weekly newsletter specifically for agents. This communication contains exclusive access to the latest offers, upcoming events, industry news, and high-value hotel highlights.

Kevin Gaddes, Trade Partnerships Manager, underscores the value of these new initiatives, remarking, “We recognise the value of the continued, incredible support we receive from our agent partners. These initiatives are designed to recognise that support and trust.” This initiative is not simply about awards but also about equipping agents with the latest tools and information to facilitate effective promotion and sales across all three brands.

Gaddes further elaborates on the company’s vision, saying, “Our key focus is on educating and supporting agents with fresh, new initiatives. We look forward to growing our initiatives and engagement programme in the months ahead.” This forward-thinking approach aims to ensure agents are primed for success during the peak travel window.

These initiatives demonstrate Travelopia’s commitment to agent support, aiming to drive engagement whilst recognising the essential role agents play.
