Travelpack has acquired the business and assets of Infinity Media Promotions. The transaction includes well-known trade names and existing customer bookings remain intact.

    • The London-based company, Infinity Media Promotions, operated under several names, including Infinity Tours and various travel-related websites.
    • Joint administrators were appointed as the company ceased its operations as an Atol holder in early July.
    • Travelpack has committed to honouring all current bookings under the original terms.
    • Customers have been advised to make no further payments to Infinity Media Promotions.

Travelpack’s acquisition of Infinity Media Promotions marks a significant development in the travel industry. The transaction encompasses the business and assets of the company, including its trading names and bookings.

Infinity Media Promotions, trading under various names like Infinity Tours, was a notable player in the travel sector. However, it ceased operations as an Atol holder on 5th July, leading to the appointment of joint administrators.

The joint administrators, Guy Hollander and Adam Harris from Forvis Mazars, facilitated the company’s sale to Travelpack. This strategic move ensures consistency for existing customers, as Travelpack has vowed to honour all bookings made under previous agreements.

Travelpack’s commitment extends to maintaining the terms and conditions initially agreed upon by Infinity Media Promotions with its clients. Customers will receive separate communication confirming their bookings and providing new contact information for inquiries.

Crucially, customers are advised not to make any further payments to Infinity Media Promotions, ensuring a seamless transition and safeguarding consumer interests.

This acquisition ensures continuity for customers while expanding Travelpack’s portfolio in the travel industry.
