Four new resorts have been introduced by Tui Lakes & Mountains, expanding traveller options for summer.

    • Resorts located in scenic Switzerland, Italy, and Austria offer unique experiences.
    • New destinations are available for booking from May to September, with specific dates for each location.
    • These additions align with Tui’s commitment to providing diverse travel choices to customers.
    • The initiative aims to cater to outdoor enthusiasts looking for picturesque leisure activities.

Tui Lakes & Mountains has broadened its portfolio by adding four new resorts this summer: Ascona and Locarno in Switzerland, Italy’s Lake Orta, and Nassfeld in Austria. These destinations, now available for reservations from May through September, cater to holidaymakers eager to explore serene and scenic landscapes.

In Switzerland, Ascona is noted for being the country’s lowest-lying town, beautifully situated on Lake Maggiore’s shores. Tui offers stays at the Romantik Hotel Castell Seeschloss from £1,376, including flights and transfers. Meanwhile, Locarno, another Swiss gem on Lake Maggiore, presents opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, and hiking amidst lush forests.

Lake Orta in Italy, praised as a hidden gem, provides boating trips and visits to San Giulio Island. Outdoor aficionados can enjoy activities like sailing and paddleboarding, embracing the tranquil charms of the region.

In Austria, Nassfeld invites tourists from June onwards with its proximity to Lake Presseggersee, offering swimming, fishing, and extensive hiking trails. All these destinations reflect Tui’s strategic effort to diversify and enrich holiday options for its clientele.

Chris Logan, Managing Director of Tui, expressed excitement about these new offerings, highlighting the focus on helping customers explore new places while enjoying natural settings at their leisure.
