    Kelly Green Appointed Assistant Head of Cruise at Hays Travel

    Hays Travel has announced Kelly Green as the new assistant head of cruise, starting at the end of May.

    With extensive experience in the travel sector and a robust business background, Green is set to drive growth and innovation in the cruise sector alongside head of cruise Catriona Parsons.

    Kelly Green joined Hays Travel from Tui four years ago. She has since served as the Independence Group business development manager for the central region from March 2022. Green’s professional journey also includes 14 years in financial services, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both business and travel industries.

    In her new role, Green will collaborate closely with Catriona Parsons to manage all cruise commercial relationships. Additionally, she will oversee the agency group’s cruise contact centre as Hays Travel seeks to expand its influence and drive further business growth within the cruise sector. Her two years with the Independence Group have equipped her with valuable insights that will be beneficial in her new position.

    Parsons also highlighted Green’s recent achievements within the company, describing her professionalism and ambition as key assets to Hays Travel’s cruise business. “I was impressed by Kelly’s professionalism and her ambition to grow cruise across our business,” Parsons added.

    Her role will be instrumental in strengthening the agency’s cruise operations, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing customer engagement.

    These strategic objectives are aligned with Hays Travel’s broader vision of expanding its market presence in the cruise sector, thereby driving higher revenues and customer satisfaction.

    Her experience, coupled with the support from her team, is expected to drive the company’s cruise business forward, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
