Maison Sport Reports Record Season as Ski Travellers Embrace Digital and Personalised Experiences

Maison Sport, Europe’s leading ski lesson booking platform, has recorded its strongest ever season in 2024/25, reflecting a major shift in how travellers approach their ski holidays.

The company posted a 40% rise in revenue and a 53% increase in bookings, highlighting the growing move away from traditional ski school models towards more flexible and tech-enabled services.

Today’s travellers are placing greater emphasis on authenticity, personalisation, and control when booking experiences. Maison Sport meets this demand by giving skiers and snowboarders direct access to more than 1,300 vetted instructors across over 400 resorts in Europe.

The platform enables customers to choose their instructor based on detailed profiles, verified reviews, and real-time availability, offering a level of choice and transparency that strongly resonates with a new generation of ski enthusiasts.

“The success of this season isn’t just about numbers; it’s a validation of our model as the future of the ski lesson industry,” said Nick Robinson, CEO and Co-Founder of Maison Sport.

“Travellers want to find the perfect instructor for their needs, book lessons on their own terms, and have a more personal experience on the mountain. Our record growth is a direct result of us providing a solution that aligns with these changing booking patterns and consumer expectations.”

By creating a direct-to-instructor marketplace powered by technology, Maison Sport has modernised an outdated booking system. Customers benefit from a more tailored experience, while independent instructors retain control over their pricing and availability and keep up to 93% of their fees.

This approach has proven effective both in attracting and retaining customers and in supporting a strong community of professional instructors. Building on this momentum, Maison Sport plans to continue expanding and innovating to serve the needs of modern, digitally-savvy ski travellers.
