Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have said that they have commenced their Winter 23/24 programme to Iceland from Leeds Bradford and Newcastle International Airports on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

Further, Jet2 commenced its initial Winter 23/24 flights from Birmingham and Manchester Airports on Thursday, September 28, 2023. These twice-weekly services are available from late September through November and in February, March, and April, offering customers choice and flexibility to explore the Nordic destination renowned for its enchanting landscapes and culture-rich capital city of Reykjavik.

In addition to scheduled services from Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, and Newcastle International Airports, Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks will also offer a series of dedicated trips to Iceland from Belfast International, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Glasgow, and London Stansted Airports for Winter 23/24. Travelers can select from a range of three-night or four-night journeys, with trips taking place either in November or between February and March.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: ‘We are delighted to start the Winter 23/24 season to Iceland and wave off our first customers today. This marks the start of our biggest ever programme to this bucket list destination after experiencing increased demand from customers and independent travel agents, as travellers look to escape and enjoy the beauty of Iceland. Our customers are offered the best choice and flexibility when travelling to the Nordic Island with us, as Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have an unrivalled programme on sale, including scheduled flights and once-in-a-lifetime trips operating from ten of our UK airports for the first time.’
