    InteleTravel Introduces AI Innovation for Social Media Engagement

    InteleTravel has revealed a pioneering AI tool to enhance social media engagement for its agents. This tool, named ‘Content Concierge,’ is designed to generate compelling content for social media and blogs.

    The aim is to streamline agents’ workloads, allowing them to focus on their primary duties while expanding their reach to potential customers. This breakthrough is set to transform how travel agents connect with their audience.

    InteleTravel’s ‘Content Concierge’ harnesses artificial intelligence to craft engaging social media posts. This tool offers a strategic edge by enabling agents to produce high-quality content efficiently. The emphasis is on saving time and enriching social media presence, thereby connecting with a broader audience.

    According to Mike Putman, Executive Director, this innovation can significantly boost customer engagement. By increasing the visibility of their posts, agents are expected to receive more inquiries and bookings.

    The application of AI technology in creating digital content is transformative for agent productivity. Mike Putman remarked, ‘If an agent is at ground level now and they’re not doing well recruiting customers, if they use this consistently, they should have plenty of customers and enquiries.’

    This tool does more than just create posts; it empowers agents to focus on customer interactions and strategic planning. It represents a significant shift in leveraging technology to achieve better business outcomes.

    Beyond ‘Content Concierge,’ InteleTravel is developing an AI-driven itinerary-building tool. This next step reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to technological advancement.

    James Ferrara, President and Co-founder, expressed his amazement at AI’s capabilities, stating how it can save time and elevate competitive edge without being intimidating.

    Ferrara further emphasized that the goal is to enhance results and facilitate agents’ work, making the integration of AI a seamless experience for users.

    To help agents maximise earnings, InteleTravel has introduced commission visibility on its booking platforms. This development originated from feedback at a past conference.

    This feature allows agents to compare supplier offerings for the same hotel and select those providing the highest commissions, thereby optimising their profit margins.

    Putman highlighted that displaying commission rates empowers agents to make informed decisions, ensuring they receive the best possible return on their bookings.

    InteleTravel has been actively expanding its supplier network, recently onboarding Ratehawk and planning to add a ground transportation provider and a ticket supplier.

    Working with a diverse array of 100 suppliers across the UK and Ireland, InteleTravel is poised to offer agents an extensive range of options to meet their clients’ needs.


    InteleTravel’s introduction of innovative AI tools marks a significant advancement in the travel industry. By leveraging technology, agents can enhance their social media engagement and maximise their productivity.

    These developments not only streamline operations but also empower agents to achieve better business outcomes, ensuring their clients receive the best possible service.
