Jonny Peat has been elevated to the role of senior commercial manager for cruise at The Advantage Travel Partnership, effective immediately. Peat, previously the commercial manager for the cruise division, steps into his new position with an expanded set of responsibilities.

The Advantage Travel Partnership recently announced the promotion of Jonny Peat to senior commercial manager for the cruise sector. This decision was disclosed at the group’s annual cruise conference, held aboard Uniworld’s Joie de Vie in Paris. In his enhanced capacity, Peat will report directly to John Sullivan, the head of commercial operations, and will oversee the partnership’s comprehensive cruise strategy.

Advantage’s cruise division now generates over half a billion pounds annually. A notable achievement was the revamp of the Latitude programme, which saw membership soar to 300, marking an impressive 200% increase.

The strategic roadmap for 2024 under Peat’s leadership is anticipated to enhance the cruise division’s value proposition substantially, promising ambitious targets for member engagement.

Sullivan highlighted Peat’s capability to consistently deliver optimal solutions to both members and business partners, underscoring the commitment to partner and client success.

The future initiative aims to integrate more cutting-edge technology, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring Advantage remains a leader in the cruise industry.

His role is expected to enhance the strategic direction and competitive stance of Advantage in the market.

Jonny Peat’s promotion underscores his significant contribution to Advantage Travel Partnership’s cruise success and foreshadows a promising future of strategic growth.

Peat’s promotion reflects his substantial impact and the trust placed in him to guide Advantage’s cruise division towards further achievements. His leadership is set to usher in a new era of growth and innovation.
