HX introduces a global competition offering travel agents a unique opportunity.

    • 100 agents could join a Galapagos Islands fam trip aboard MS Santa Cruz II.
    • Entry requires booking any HX Expedition voyage during the wave period.
    • A new B2B helpdesk supports agent inquiries, boosting peak season bookings.
    • Nathaniel Sherborne highlights the initiative’s aim to reward and educate agents.

HX has launched an exciting global competition aimed at travel agents worldwide, providing them with a unique opportunity to join a familiarisation trip to the Galapagos Islands. This initiative is designed to incentivise agents, with up to 100 places available aboard the small expedition ship, MS Santa Cruz II.

To be eligible for this exclusive chance, agents must make a booking for any HX Expedition voyage during the designated wave period. Upon completion of a booking, agents are automatically entered into a prize draw, where winners will be announced throughout the wave period to secure one of the coveted spots.

To further facilitate the booking process during this peak season, HX has established a dedicated B2B helpdesk. This support line prioritises requests and inquiries from agents, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to make successful bookings and enhance their client’s travel experiences.

Additionally, HX is generously covering the cost of essential elements such as flights, transfers, and hotels for selected departures. This particular promotion is applicable to voyages to a variety of prominent destinations including Alaska, Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland, the Northwest Passage, Svalbard, and selected Galápagos sailings, all taking place between March 29, 2024, and March 30, 2025.

Nathaniel Sherborne, HX’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, emphasised the dual purpose of the competition. According to Sherborne, the initiative serves not only as a reward and recognition for agents’ efforts but also as an educational experience, allowing them to fully immerse in and understand the offerings of HX’s popular destinations.
