Newmarket Holidays is actively recruiting to support its expansion.

    • The company is filling seven roles across multiple departments.
    • Positions include e-commerce, product, and customer experience roles.
    • A new internship is being introduced following a successful programme.
    • This growth follows a return to post-pandemic success and strong early 2024 sales.

Newmarket Holidays is intensifying its recruitment efforts in response to a significant uptick in customer demand. The company is in the process of hiring seven new professionals to join the teams handling its product, e-commerce, transport, customer experience, and technology sectors. This strategic move is in line with the operator’s goal to efficiently manage increased levels of demand, improve trade sales, and foster new partnerships in the coming months.

Among the roles being offered are positions for a head of e-commerce, a long-haul product manager, location-based tour managers, holiday planners, aviation executives, and customer operations executives. Additionally, the firm is unveiling a 12-month internship within its marketing division, which follows the success of a similar programme launched in 2023.

Nikki Bail, Head of People and Culture, expressed enthusiasm about this growth phase by stating: “This is such an exciting time as we continue to thrive and grow with new escorted tour itineraries across the world. We’re building our team to ensure we keep exceeding our customers’ expectations and meet demand on every level.” New recruits will become part of an award-winning organisation committed to enhancing lives and well-being through travel. The company provides a hybrid working environment, complemented by a modern headquarters in the London suburbs, easily accessible by train, along with a comprehensive onboarding programme designed for new employees’ success.

The driving forces behind Newmarket Holidays’ recruitment surge are its robust post-pandemic recovery observed last year and its impressive sales figures at the start of 2024. To adapt to these changes, the company has also introduced 16 new tours, marking a significant expansion in its offerings. This initiative underlines Newmarket Holidays’ commitment to not only maintaining but also enhancing its service level and operational capacity.

Newmarket Holidays’ recruitment initiative positions the company for continued success and expansion.
