Prestige Travel is set to embark on an exciting journey, marking its inaugural fam trip to Australia. With a focus on unveiling the unique landscapes and cultural riches of the region, this initiative promises to deliver an exceptional experience for selected travel agents.

Over the course of eleven days, participants will explore the diverse terrains of South Australia and the Northern Territory, engaging in activities that offer a profound connection with the local environment and culture. This ground-breaking event forms part of Prestige Travel’s innovative Linger Longer campaign.

Prestigious Launch of Australian Fam Trip

Prestige Travel has officially announced its inaugural fam trip to the stunning landscapes of Australia, inviting five travel agents to partake in an immersive experience from 3rd to 14th November. This unique opportunity is part of their ambitious Linger Longer campaign, which is designed to highlight the beauty and diversity of Australia and New Zealand.

The campaign, spearheaded by the esteemed Jenny Taylor Page, aims to broaden tourists’ horizons by encouraging them to savour and explore the less trodden paths. This initiative is expected to benefit both the travellers seeking adventure and the local communities enriched by cultural exchanges.

Exploring South Australia and the Northern Territory

Participants of this initiative will have the chance to explore notable regions such as South Australia and the Northern Territory. The trip’s design focuses on authentic experiences that provide a deeper understanding of the local culture and extraordinary landscapes that these areas have to offer.

The itinerary includes exciting adventures such as a sunrise jet ski tour in Darwin and a guided exploration of Uluru, Kings Canyon, and Kata Tjuta. These activities not only focus on thrilling experiences but also ensure a comprehensive look at the natural and cultural beauty of the regions.

Linger Longer Campaign: Embracing the Depths

The Linger Longer campaign is a call to both tourists and tour operators to invest more time in each destination. By doing so, travellers can gain a deeper appreciation for the intricate tapestry of natural wonders and heritage sites that often elude those on tighter schedules.

The extended stay options offer a window into the heart of Australia. From the bustling urban charm of Adelaide to the serene vistas of the Flinders Ranges and Barossa Valley, each destination allows tourists to connect with the land and its stories.

Jenny Taylor Page emphasised, “Clients can immerse themselves in the local lifestyle and discover off-the-beaten-path destinations, ultimately creating more meaningful and memorable travel experiences.”

    Exclusive Packages on Offer

Two meticulously crafted travel packages form the backbone of this campaign. One package involves a 13-night adventure through the Northern Territory, priced from £6,290, covering flights and unique experiences like staying at Kakadu National Park and traversing through Alice Springs.

The second package, a 16-night sojourn in South Australia, is available from £5,398. This itinerary covers attractions such as Kangaroo Island and the Adelaide Hills, showcasing the region’s blend of lush landscapes and vibrant culture.

    Agent Participation and Registration

Travel agents interested in this extraordinary opportunity must register before the 31st of August. Eligibility is contingent on achieving Aussie Specialist status, completing specific regional modules, and being part of the Aussie Specialist Programme.

These criteria, while selective, are intended to ensure that participants are not only knowledgeable but also committed to delivering the highest standards of travel consultancy to their clients. The agents’ expertise is paramount in promoting Australia’s unique offerings globally.
