Your Endless Travel Initiates Recruitment Drive After Securing ATOL

Your Endless Travel has successfully relaunched with a strategic recruitment initiative, following its attainment of an ATOL licence.

This development marks a new chapter for the agency, aiming to expand its team significantly within the year.

    Strategic Recruitment Drive Launched

The travel industry is witnessing a significant development as Your Endless Travel, a newly restructured homeworking agency, embarks on an ambitious recruitment drive. This initiative follows the agency’s recent success in obtaining an ATOL licence, a critical credential that enhances its credibility and operational capabilities. The agency’s leadership aims to expand its workforce to at least 20 agents by the end of the year, tapping into both seasoned travel professionals and newcomers eager to embark on a career in the travel sector.

    Targeting Experienced and New Talent

The recruitment strategy focuses initially on attracting individuals with prior experience in the travel industry. By offering a compelling proposition, the agency seeks to bring seasoned professionals back into the fold. Additionally, from next year, the recruitment efforts will broaden to include individuals new to the travel sector. This dual approach is designed to foster a diverse and dynamic workforce, enriching the agency’s talent pool.

The agency is actively seeking agents interested in creating bespoke travel packages, leveraging the flexibility afforded by the ATOL licence secured through Protected Trust Services (PTS). By reducing set-up fees for new recruits this month, Your Endless Travel aims to lower barriers to entry, thus encouraging more prospective agents to join.

    Leadership and Vision

The leadership team at Your Endless Travel, comprising directors Ross Griffiths and Luke Skinner, is driving the agency towards a future of growth and innovation. Ross Griffiths, who established the business in 2020 under The Holiday Franchise Company umbrella, and Luke Skinner, a former homeworker for Holidaysplease, have come together with a shared vision. Their recent collaboration through PTS membership reflects a strategic move to tap into increased flexibility and supplier access.

The duo’s partnership originated from a local business networking event held 18 months ago. During this interaction, they recognised the limitations of their respective roles and identified a mutual opportunity to create a more autonomous and supplier-inclusive agency.

    Operational Strength and Expansion Plans

In a bid to enhance operational strength, Your Endless Travel has appointed Katie Hollinshead as the product and operations manager, reinforcing its commitment to structuring a robust operational framework. Further recruitment plans include adding a training manager and several business development managers over the next 12 months.

A cornerstone of the agency’s strategy involves comprehensive training programmes, including face-to-face sessions aimed at cultivating a strong sense of community among agents. This approach not only facilitates skill development but also promotes a collaborative environment.

Griffiths and Skinner emphasise the importance of generating a supportive community as a “big focus” within the agency. Such efforts are crucial in fostering long-term relationships with both clients and agents, thereby enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Incentives and Benefits

Your Endless Travel is offering attractive commission structures to incentivise its agents. Initially, agents can earn a 40% commission on sales, with the potential to reach 50%, depending on their performance. For those generating their own leads, the commission structure is even more lucrative, with starting percentages at 60% and potential earnings up to 70%.

These incentives are designed to motivate agents to maximise their sales efforts and encourage entrepreneurial spirit within the agency. By rewarding proactive lead generation, Your Endless Travel aims to cultivate a culture of initiative and self-driven success.

    The Future Outlook

As Your Endless Travel continues its journey, the agency is well-positioned to disrupt traditional models within the travel industry. Its recruitment drive, coupled with strategic operational enhancements, sets a solid foundation for future growth.

With a focus on talent acquisition and operational excellence, the agency is set to make a significant impact in the travel sector.
