    Attraction World Unveils Strategic Leadership Changes

    Attraction World has announced key strategic changes in its leadership team. Kelly Hayre has been promoted to retail director, while Carly-Ann Moore joins as the new commercial account manager, effective May 2024.

    These appointments come as part of Attraction World’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its operations and expanding its market influence. The company has recognised the need for strong leadership to navigate an evolving travel industry landscape.

    Kelly Hayre has been elevated to the position of retail director at Attraction World, a move that underscores the company’s confidence in her capabilities. Since joining Attraction World in 2018, Hayre has built a remarkable track record, significantly contributing to her department’s growth. In her new role, she will focus on steering the strategic direction and efficient operations of the retail division, aiming to foster robust partnerships with agent partners.

    Justin Mahoney, the chief operating officer, highlighted Hayre’s role in the company’s commitment to the UK travel trade. He stressed the importance of her efforts in expanding product variety, thereby empowering agents with a diverse range of offerings for their clients. ‘Through Kelly’s drive and determination, we showcase our relentless focus on excellence,’ Mahoney added.

    Hayre is actively recruiting a business engagement executive to cover southwest England and Wales, expanding her team to support these strategies.

    ‘I am thrilled to join Attraction World and collaborate with Kelly and the team,’ Moore stated, highlighting her enthusiasm for leveraging her industry experience in this new role.

    Hayre’s leadership in recruiting and team building is essential for driving forward the company’s ambitious goals.
